International ON-SITE Summer class 2025 SOLD OUT
Welcome to our Summer international class. This is a 2 weeks (8days) fully hands on class in English taught by Jérémy Ballester, owner of Ecole du Pain. The class will be articulated around bread, viennoiseries and also the baking theorical part.
